When I first joined TikTok, I was introduced to a corner of the fragrance community known as the “Scent Squad”—a group that became known to me for relentlessly criticizing small businesses, particularly those founded and led by Black women.

Instead of returning that energy, I decided to monetize it.

100% of proceeds from Scent Squad will be donated to organizations and institutions that support the education, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and economic advancement of young girls.

Because sometimes people spend an extraordinary amount of time tearing down women they’ve never met from the comfort of their bedrooms.

We’d rather make sure the next generation of girls has something better to do.

More resources. More opportunities. More education. More financial independence. More rooms where they’re building something of their own instead of sitting outside criticizing what another woman built.
