Over the past two years, your continued love, daily virality, and thousands of orders have created incredible opportunities for our small business to grow. We are beyond grateful for every single order, every review, every share, and every recommendation.

To help make shopping with us as transparent as possible, we’ve created a list of products that have either completed production or successfully passed our quality testing process. These items are expected to begin shipping within the next 10 days.

Please note that “ships within 10 days” means we will begin processing and shipping these orders during that timeframe. Because of order volume, some packages may leave our warehouse slightly after the 10-day window, but all orders will continue to be fulfilled in the order they were received.

A few helpful reminders:

• If your order status says Confirmed, your order has been received and is safely in our fulfillment queue.

• If your order status says In Transit, but USPS has not yet updated the tracking, please allow up to 4 days for the initial carrier scan to appear. It’s common for packages to be in transit to USPS before the first tracking update is visible.

• If it has been more than 4 days without a tracking update, there’s no need to panic. Your order is still in our system and will continue moving through the fulfillment process.

To keep our prices as affordable as possible, we’ve designed our fulfillment process to be as efficient as we can. Many of the most common order questions can already be answered through your order confirmation, tracking information, and the resources on our website.

We kindly ask that you avoid contacting Customer Care for shipping estimates that are already provided in your confirmation email or on your order status page.
